The annual Lents Neighborhood Association meeting with elections is on September 25th. Anyone who is a resident of Lents or the owner of a business located in Lents can run for a seat on the board.

“Outgrowing Hunger is hosting this event for their gardeners, friends, and curious onlookers to help celebrate another fruitful year. They’ll start with harvesting fresh produce, then members of the various communities they serve will lead preparing favorite dishes right in the garden. Following a short workshop on preparing your garden for the winter, participants will have a chance to taste and share food from all over the world. This will be a hosted potluck style event; they will have a few dishes with enough food for everyone, and you are also invited to bring a favorite food to share.”
