The story points out that the project is actually reversing transparency by removing open meeting requirements for many City advisory bodies.

The head of the Office of Community & Civic Life, the City agency leading the reform project, hasn’t responded to the editor of the Examiner, but they have just issued a survey seeking feedback from the community. It can be found here.
